Cape d'Or Salmon is raised in a state-of-the-art saltwater recirculation aquaculture system, to minimize environmental impact while maximizing fish quality.
All of our water comes from biosecure seawater wells and is naturally filtered underground through 600 feet of gravel before being pumped into the facility.
Cape d'Or Salmon are non-GMO as well as antibiotic, parasiticide, and hormone-free. Our feed is organic and made with local fish meal with no avian or land animal byproducts.
