Our unique saltwater hybrid recirculation facility is unlike any other in North America. What makes it special? Our bio-secure saltwater wells. Thanks to our location we are able to pump crystal clear seawater from underground, allowing our fish to always have access to as much fresh and clean saltwater as they need. This completely eliminates the off-flavours found in traditional land-based recirculating facilities.

Our fish start out as eyed eggs in our freshwater hatchery where they are raised until they are ready to move to saltwater. They are then transferred to our state-of-the-art saltwater hybrid recirculating facility where they will grow to 10-14 pounds before being humanely harvested. We then process the fish in our certified organic on-site processing facility. With no need to ship fish to a third-party processor, our fish stay incredibly fresh and we reduce our carbon footprint.
